Type of data acquired and purpose of processing
Navigation or usage data: the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, identifiers and non-sensitive whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols; this data will therefore be collected automatically during the use of this application, for the purposes of the service.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
– obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
– to check the proper functioning of the services offered.
Data may also be sent to users who submit requests for information, to the e-mail address indicated at the bottom of the site,INFO@GR-ELECTRONICA.com;these data will be used by computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational and logical modalities strictly related to the sole purpose of performing the service or the provision requested by the owner or in some cases by the parties involved in the organisation of the activity of the owner and appointed by him (administrative staff, assistants, commercial staff or IT system administrators).
The controller shall take appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of such personal data.
Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis for the processing of the data communicated by you through the completion of the forms is represented by the potentially pre-contractual requirement expressed by sending the question and/or the request for information, estimates or assistance.
Recipients or any categories of recipients of data
The navigation data are handled only by technical personnel in charge of the processing, or by any person in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data voluntarily provided by users / visitors who submit requests for information or information material or requests for assistance are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or service requested and will not be disclosed outside the context corporate, will be processed by the staff of the owner who acts on the basis of specific instructions provided by the same with regard to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

Optional nature of data provision
The provision of data by users/ visitors of the site, is always optional; however, in the event of failure to transmit data marked as “mandatory” within the application forms, G.R. ELETTRONICA SRL will not be able to provide the user with the information or services requested from time to time.
Specific summary information will be reported or displayed in the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
Transferability of data
The data are stored on a server located in the European Union and if the owner decides to carry out the transfer outside the EU or an international organisation the transfer will be based on a code of conduct (pursuant to art. 40) and a binding and enforceable commitment by the controller/processor in the third country to apply the appropriate safeguards, including with regard to the rights of data subjects.
Rights of data subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided by art. 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, that is to say: access to data concerning them, obtain their correction , cancellation, limitation, oppose in whole or in part their processing by contacting the Data Controller, requests are processed by the Data Controller free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of one month.

Right of complaint: data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data related to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to appeal to the appropriate courts (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
